Our brunch features sugar shack classics revisited Cap au Leste-style, not forgetting the inevitable taffy on snow that will delight young and old alike. Every bite is a celebration of the richness of our terroir and the know-how behind maple syrup, a culinary symbol of Quebec.
At Auberge du Cap au Leste, the Sugar Shack Brunch is much more than a meal: it’s a celebration of spring and an unforgettable moment of sharing. Whether it’s a family gathering, an outing with friends or a gourmet feast in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, our brunch will awaken your senses and warm your heart.

Our Sainte-Rose room can accommodate up to 80 participants and can be customized to suit your needs, with additional tables, a TV for your presentations and various equipment adapted to professional meetings and events. Our La Baie room can accommodate up to 12 people, perfect for smaller meetings.
