Receptionist

Job description

  • Welcome customers on arrival, inform them about facilities and activities
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Organize customers' stays: plan restaurant meals and activities
  • Manage reservations (telephone, e-mail, reservation platforms)
  • Manage payments: create and issue invoices
  • Respond to requests, phone calls and e-mails
  • Ensure effective communication between departments
  • Follow up with customers during their stay
  • Helping customers with on-site problems

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Several languages preferred
  • Good customer relations skills: listening, patience, benevolence
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in office automation tools
  • Team spirit
  • Effective communication
  • Similar experience desirable

Targeted audience

  • With or without qualifications in tourism.
