Receptionist

At the intersection of hospitality, management, and human interaction, the receptionist role is at the heart of the customer experience. You’ll be the first smile people see when they arrive… and the last memory they have when they leave!

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures;
  • Sell activities, packages, and additional services to customers on-site;
  • Organize their stay (restaurant meals, activities) and manage individual reservations (by phone, email, and online platforms);
  • Manage payments and billing;
  • Respond to requests, phone calls, and emails; provide customer follow-up during their stay;
  • Ensure effective communication between departments; assist customers when problems arise.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledge of multiple languages is preferred;
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, sales skills, proficiency with office software, and a team player;
  • Similar experience preferred (with or without a degree in tourism); 18 years of age or older.
