Receptionist

Job description
- Welcome customers on arrival, inform them about facilities and activities
- Check-in and check-out
- Organize customers' stays: plan restaurant meals and activities
- Manage reservations (telephone, e-mail, reservation platforms)
- Manage payments: create and issue invoices
- Respond to requests, phone calls and e-mails
- Ensure effective communication between departments
- Follow up with customers during their stay
- Helping customers with on-site problems
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Several languages preferred
- Good customer relations skills: listening, patience, benevolence
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in office automation tools
- Team spirit
- Effective communication
- Similar experience desirable
