Job description
- Participate in the preparation of dishes according to technical specifications
- Responding to ads and orders
- Preparing and sending dishes
- Maintain equipment and kitchen facilities
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Receive and check deliveries quantitatively and qualitatively
- Store goods and materials according to instructions and current legislation
- Work with the chef to develop menus
- Apply current health and safety rules
- Wear professional clothing that complies with health and safety legislation
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- HACCP standards
- Team spirit
- Effective communication
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Creativity
- Similar experience desirable
Targeted audience
- Person over 18
- With or without qualifications in tourism.
- Experience preferred.
