After your walk, why not cool off with a swim? Whether you just want to relax by the water or combine canoeing with swimming, this activity lets you fully enjoy the pleasures of summer at Cap au Leste.

For nature lovers, Quebec is a region exceptionally rich in freshwater. The province is home to some 500,000 lakes and 4,500 rivers, which contribute to the richness of its landscapes and ecosystems. Water covers about 12% of Québec’s territory and is home to a wide variety of fish and other aquatic species.

Before you set out, pick up your oars and life jackets at the front desk. Wearing a life jacket is required. Be sure to bring a towel and a change of dry clothes for when you return.
