Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Want to help make a unique destination a success? At the heart of the Auberge’s development, you’ll play a key role in its visibility and growth. Through sales, marketing, and partnerships, you’ll help attract new customers, bring the brand to life, and create experiences that visitors will remember.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate field sales activities, including group requests, quotes, proposals, and package deals;
- Promote the marketing of products and packages in collaboration with the various departments;
- Monitor pricing, distribution, and partnership agreements with OTAs, agencies, wholesalers, and package tour operators;
- Ensure the proper management of reservations coming from the distribution network.
- Serve as a liaison between senior management, internal teams, and external marketing partners;
- Contribute to the rollout of marketing campaigns and the implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, pricing packages, and sales pitches;
- Monitor the market, trends, and the Auberge's digital positioning.
- Consolidate sales data and prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management and the board of directors;
- Identify business opportunities and recommend areas for improvement.
- Coordinate marketing communications and social media (content calendar) to ensure brand consistency and help raise the Auberge's profile.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education in marketing, tourism, administration, or a related field;
- Experience in sales or marketing coordination, ideally in the tourism or hospitality industry;
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels (OTAs, agencies) and sales tracking tools;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; strong ability to collaborate across departments.
