Maintenance Worker
Ensures the maintenance and safety of the site’s buildings, accommodations, and infrastructure by planning the necessary work to guarantee a high-quality customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to malfunctions, breakdowns, and emergencies related to buildings and infrastructure;
- Maintain the drinking water system and septic systems;
- Plan and carry out seasonal transitions at the site, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, accommodations, equipment, and infrastructure;
- Maintain the grounds and outdoor areas (lawn, landscaping, access road, snow removal);
- Monitor the quality of the pool water;
- Manage the vehicle fleet and rolling stock;
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and specialized suppliers;
- Work with other departments (reception, housekeeping, activities) to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests and employees.
Required Skills and Experience
- Training and/or relevant experience in building maintenance or general maintenance;
- Valid driver's license;
- Technical versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to standardizing procedures;
- Ability to set priorities, independence, and resourcefulness (in isolated/field settings).
