The benefits of hydrotherapy have been recognized for thousands of years. Going from hot to cold stimulates blood circulation and boosts the immune system. Adrenalin is transformed into endorphins, resulting in deep relaxation and improved sleep. <\/p>\n

The Eternal Spa offers you several choices to warm up in comfort. You can start by taking advantage of one of the four outdoor hot-water pools with massage jets to release tension and relax your muscles. To eliminate toxins from your skin, try the sauna. Its dry heat will give your skin a healthier appearance. To clear your airways and eliminate stress, opt for the hammam. Continue with the natural cold-water pool to lower your body temperature and tone you up. <\/p>\n

Then relax in one of the various relaxation and aromatherapy rooms. We have provided two yurts for you to relax in complete privacy. You can even take a nap in one of our rest rooms. <\/p>\n
